ABOUT JACK KREPS

I am a Finance & Operations leader with a track record of successfully driving the performance of cross functional teams across multiple disciplines. I believe in addressing operational issues head on and using a data driven approach, that leverages my Finance background, to understand root cause dynamics. I am a builder and leader of high performing teams that believes in building trust and collaboration with an inclusive approach that celebrates diversity of thought and empowers individuals to drive positive outcomes. I’ve built my career on a strong foundation of Finance skills and developed my analytical approach across experiences in Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing, Accounting and Operational roles. I\'ve found that the roles I enjoyed the most gave me the opportunity to share my expertise with others and truly partner with the Operating teams I supported while using effective communication to drive buy in across stakeholders, optimize resource utilization, help them execute more efficiently & most importantly deliver outcomes. I’m an avid learner and love finding new ways of doing things both at work and at home. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering in my kids activities, DIY-ing and barbecuing.
