As a Servicing Analyst at MTAG Services, I apply my communication and analytical skills to manage and service a portfolio of loans for various clients. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of loan administration and reporting. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of Charleston in 2022, where I developed my leadership and problem-solving abilities through academic and extracurricular activities. I have been working as a Servicing Analyst since March 2023, and I am passionate about providing quality service and solutions to the clients and the company. My goal is to advance my career in the loan servicing industry and to learn new skills and knowledge along the way.
