We work directly with the clients to understand their vision and goals regarding their particular relocation projects. Office, Industrial, Medical, Retail, Restaurants, etc. Once goals have been established, we manage the day to day project of working with & managing the Design team, Architect, Engineering, Permitting, General contracting, Low Voltage, Furniture, etc. meetings, calls, site visits, paper work, cost management project scheduling, invoicing, etc. This allows the Owner/President of their respective companies to focus on managing their existing business with the confidence that their project is being managed in a professional manner, saving them time, money & heartache.
