ABOUT JACK KIRSCHENBAUM
I have over 30 years of courtroom experience in civil litigation including numerous jury, nonjury and administrative matters in both state and federal court. My trial court experience covers a wide variety of areas, including commercial and business litigation, contract disputes, trade secrets and intellectual property, employment and noncompetition agreements, banking and foreclosure disputes, family practice and personal injury.I am also an experienced trial lawyer in the area of eminent domain, inverse condemnation and property rights, representing both property and business owners as well as select condemning authorities. In addition to my eminent domain practice, I represent clients before governmental agencies in zoning, planning, comprehensive plan changes and other land development matters. I have extensive experience in First Amendment law and currently represent both a regional newspaper and the news division of a local television station. I have a background in entertainment law and sports law and has represented multiple nationally known comedians and athletes in business and contract matters.
