Deputising for the Head of International Resourcing, overall responsibility for managing TA strategy and delivery for a diverse portfolio of business units, including I.T, Amnesty Tech, finance, legal, policy, campaigns, fundraising and security. Roles are based across Amnesty\'s offices globally, including the U.K, Mexico, Africa, the US, Asia and Europe.• Managing up to 35 live roles at any time, responsible for the entire TA life cycle, leading briefing calls with hiring managers to ascertain key requirements, advising and developing a recruitment strategy for each role. This includes timelines, sourcing strategy, job advertisement development, DEI recommendations, interviews, assessments and offers.• Scaled project and corporate teams, including within Amnesty Tech, to meet donor and client requirements and ensure successful delivery of program objectives across roles such as technologists, full stack developers, cyber security specialists, AI security researchers, Data Engineers. • Lead process improvement projects, including developing a business case and successful sign-off for a Power B.I. recruitment dashboard to enhance the team\'s ability to report on KPIs on a live basis to help inform and drive decisions, moving from manual Excel reporting. Project managing implementation from testing through to training for new users.• Partnering with Amnesty\'s Head of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) to support the development of a robust and consistent recruitment process for all roles across the organisation.• Implementing new practices and tools for the recruitment process and ATS system (eArcu). This has included the development of a Resourcing SharePoint site to guide hiring managers through new processes and provide training.• An active member of the Gen AI Employee Resource Group, focused on exploring, reviewing, and piloting AI use cases to advance the ethical development and application of AI across the organisation.
