My work centers on turning qualitative and quantitative research into a clear strategic direction, then carrying that through into campaigns that perform across platforms. I’ve led stakeholder conversations, supported go-to-market strategy, and developed cross-channel content that drives measurable engagement, always grounding creative decisions in insight rather than assumption. But these all started with care and exploration of who exactly each individual or organization is.I approach that work with a strong attention to detail and a hospitality mindset, thinking not just about what a brand says, but how it makes people feel.
