I\'m Director of Operations at Building Energy Experts, an award-winning consultancy driving real impact in sustainability, testing, and retrofit across the built environment.I focus on making sure our internal operations keep pace with our rapid growth, so that as the projects get bigger and more complex, we stay agile, aligned, and ready to deliver. From system design and team structure to performance and process, my role is about creating the conditions for great work to happen at scale.Our team has been going from strength to strength, winning tenders across the country and most recently picking up Supply Chain Partner of the Year at the Unlock Net Zero Awards. In 2023, I was named Retrofit Assessor of the Year for leading the development of a bespoke retrofit report and data collection app that helped streamline our services and scale delivery without compromising on quality.I’m passionate about smart systems, collaborative teams, and work that makes a difference.
