After 36 years in law enforcement, including 31 years with the Los Angeles Police Department, I am retired and continuing to instruct and write on both law enforcement tactics and aviation topics. I am the author of \"Apprehending Fleeing Suspects; Suspect Tactics and Perimeter Containment\" and a contributing editor to Vertical Valor Magazine. I am the lead host of The Hangar Z Podcast which is part of the Vertical Helicasts platform.
