ABOUT JACK GRIFFIN

Initially, I was Kwalees\' first Mobile Publishing Manager, starting the department and contributing towards its\' growth into one of the biggest hypercasual publishers on the app store. During my time helping to implement the initial publishing and project management processes, as well as signing and managing some of Kwalees\' biggest multimillion download hits. I then joined the PC & Console team as a founding member in the position of Publishing Scouting Executive. Aiding in the setup and development of the scouting and signing processes, as well as expanding and developing our portfolio to help establish the department. Following this being promoted to the position of Publishing Scouting Manager.Prior to these roles I was an Accounting and Business Management Graduate from the University of Gloucestershire with a passion for games to the point where I competed in esports. Additional Qualifications and Awards• Completed the Engineering Education Scheme- This entailed a 6 month project working in tandem with Caparo plc to reduce the weight of their supercars’ breaking system. Presenting the opportunity to work with experts utilising large scale machinery and software in a professional environment. The success of the project being confirmed through a track day in which Caparo had drivers test the performance of the product. • The National Citizen Service Award- This involved working in a large team in order to plan, and carry out a campaign of choice. Pitching the idea and budget in front of multiple finance experts to secure funding. The team being awarded additional funding as a reward for the best pitch. Alongside this completing volunteer work at a hospice centre and undertaking a project to create a product to help those with Alzheimers socialise through board games.• A full clean drivers licence
