Well developed recognition of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) techniques and standards, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Act of 1970. Has experience with the technical aspects of highly complex construction projects. Encompasses high standards and completely developed technical expertise with complete range of engineering and project management skills and knowledge.    June 2025 to presentGeneral Supt overseeing new and remodels projects for our client Costco. Projects currently are in Holbrook (Long Island NY, Albany NY, Amherst NY, Norwalk CT, and Monroe NJ). Winnipeg MB, CA: 8/24 to 11/24 Pre-start earthwork for a Costco project next year. Get site ready with all infrastructure installed (STM, San, Water) and install over CMC columns under bldg. Then prep for Canadian winter with over burden caps. Costco Richmond TX New Store 12/23 to 6/24Construct a New Costco on 18 Acres. Inclusive of all site work and concrete parking area, street tie ins, in addition to a sq ft building. Heavy reliance on QA/QC as County had no inspection services, so as GC we were in control of all Inspections and coordination with engineers to ensure correct and code compliant project. On Schedule delivery. Approx value $50MCostco Yonkers Parking Deck Reconstruction: 06/22 to 10/23:Complete the prior restoration of the parking structure. Area of work in the Front of the store, Front of Tire Center and the Loading Docks.Add additional steel, remove the concrete, pour back, and apply Polymer coating. Extreme coordination with the store to complete the work, without shutting the store down.
