At a Luxury Retailer, I led a 4-person planning team, embedded within a £200M transformation portfolio, overseeing around 40 Waterfall and Agile change projects, while standardising planning protocols and delivering strategic assurance.In the Financial Services sector, I have successfully delivered projects focused on financial crime compliance and regulatory monitoring: • As Project Manager for the Sanctions Screening Project, I oversaw the implementation of project controls, analytics, and governance uplift for an EMEA payment screening programme. This included rule development, governance remediation, and the establishment of a Sanctions Analytics function. • As Project Manager for the Transaction Monitoring Tuning & Effectiveness Assessment, I led the tuning and control optimisation of Actimize SAM9 transaction monitoring rules. This involved threshold configuration, effectiveness testing, and compliance reviews across EU AG, FFT, Düsseldorf, and Milan.Additionally, while working at a Financial Advisory Network Company, I led a team on the Financial Monitoring Project, ensuring alignment with FCA regulations and overseeing the completion of financial reviews within the FCA\'s supervision framework.I am deeply committed to driving transformative change and delivering impactful results in highly regulated and evolving environments.
