ABOUT JACK GASDIA
I am a conflict transformation professional, currently supporting Future Caucus to respond to political polarization in the United States. Future Caucus is America’s largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers, and I am the Associate Manager of our Policy Innovation Lab. I oversee the Innovation Fellowship Program, through which we provide tailored bipartisan policymaking support to young lawmakers with a specialization in Civic Innovation, Criminal Justice Reform, Energy & Environment, and Prenatal-to-Three policy.I have previously supported the work of other NGOs in the youth empowerment space, including Search for Common Ground in Washington, DC and the African Centre for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes (ACCORD) in Durban, South Africa.I hold a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, both from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. I am also certified in community-based mediation through Community Boards, the longest-running nonprofit conflict resolution and restorative justice center in the United States.
