   Elevated to oversee global strategy and operations, including mergers, acquisitions, system upgrades, and resource management. Tasked with driving significant cost savings, improving processes, and ensuring system integrity and compliance across diverse international markets. • Orchestrated the merger of U.S. and international Oracle IT teams into a new enterprise organization and built the process for global Oracle resource allocation; manages a $6M team comprised of 45 direct reports and 55-65 contractors with a $2M budget. • In-housed the U.S. Oracle upgrade to version 12.2 12. • Transferred ownership of the international Oracle 12.2 12 upgrade from the enterprise team to the ATC offshore team; delivered $1.5M in savings. • Guided the Oracle acquisition team for the $9.4B Telxius Towers acquisition; added 20% in towers to ATC’s portfolio and oversaw the integration of markets in Spain, Germany, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Argentina. All markets commenced using ATS systems by August 2022. • Assumed ownership of the Oracle offshore shared service team composed of 30 full-time employees and contractors; covered development, quality assurance, business analysis, and production support. • Organized upgrade and release management, including Oracle workstreams for the divestiture of ATC’s India division; guaranteed the division remained within ATC infrastructure with technical safeguards limiting data access/visibility while managing TSA requests from the acquiree.
