About Jack Frus

My name is Jack Frus and I like to consider myself a dedicated worker who strives for perfection in everything I do. Additionally, I consider myself to be an excellent leader who will put the needs of the mission and my subordinates before myself.Since high school I have kept myself as busy as possible in order to make the most of my time and gain as many skills and valuable experiences as possible. Starting with being the captain of both the Football and Track Team.In college, I truly branched out and involved myself all over campus, taking on an average of 24 credit hours a semester as well as serving as the battalion commander for Arizona State’s Army ROTC. Additionally I served as the safety officer for the schools largest fraternity, worked as both a personal trainer and research assistant, and competed in strength competitions. Eventually graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA.I am currently in training at NAVSCOLEOD FL in order to become an Army EOD Officer.I would describe myself as a die hard athlete and fitness enthusiast as well as a charismatic team member and leader.
