Medworks was created in by Wendell Gibson and Doug Lamon with the purpose of assisting all types of physician practices, diagnostic centers, and hospitals with the implementation of in-house nuclear medicine and ultrasound services. MedWorks now has a strong presence throughout the southeast, but remains committed to bringing every clinic the best possible mobile ancillary services and patient care by utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and professional, courteous personnel. While nuclear cardiology and ultrasound are still very much a part of the MedWorks portfolio, we also offer Cardiopulmonary exercise testing, nuclear medicine staffing/management solutions as well as other ancillaries. By partnering with MedWorks you have a healthcare technology leader who not only provides these valuable services but also understands how to seamlessly blend them into your clinic. We have seen countless times over the years how offering these ancillaries in-office strengthens the bond between physicians and patients, and has the added benefit of helping build a more stable bottom line for the practice or facility.
