In June 2025 I took on an exciting regional support role as a Coffee Ambassador within the South west, Wales & Midlands region. Covering 40+ stores across multiple areas, evaluating store data, networking & building relationships with Store managers, Area managers, Learning & development partners and our store teams to create a clear synergy between all functions to drive business performance. This role mainly consisting of completing priority site visits based on data analysis & key stakeholder engagement. Coaching & engaging all team members to reach their full potential. Running coaching sessions and team engagement activities to drive overall Coffee Standards, team skill level & business performance. With the aim of improving staff retention & supporting teams throughout their journeys with the business. With a supportive coach approach. Providing strong tailored support for each store & individual! Assisting them & their stores in reaching their full potential & growing their businesses Inspiring the next generation of Leaders & Ambassadors.

I am a motivated and driven individual with a keen eye for standards and compliance, ensuring teams have an environment in which they feel comfortable to learn & develop, feeling supported in their role and having the courage to challenge and allow them to feel inspired to learn.
