About Jack D. Lowery
I have a variety of skills gained through education, training and real life experience. I spent over 15 years of my career largely focused on litigating on behalf of clients charged with criminal allegations and complex personal injury claims. I have extensive experience in handling legal matters from start to conclusion, including trial and appellate practice. I continue to maintain my role as a partner in Lowery, Lowery & Cherry, a law firm in the middle Tennessee area.Most recently I have shifted my focus to growing a construction services business providing sub-surface utility location, maintenance or management. This was a seamless move after selling a large construction company that provided infrastructure development and materials. The need for hydro-excavation, jetting, CCTV and Sub-surface Utility Engineering (S.U.E) in the development of infrastructure and constructions was clear from my previous experience in large infrastructure projects that dealt with utility conflict issues which held up projects or created safety hazards for the men, women, and public. LoJac now seeks to provide Owners and Contractors services that will allow them to effectively plan, execute and maintain the utilities within and below their projects; and to do it with the same level of safety, commitment to customer service and quality in timely project delivery.
