Jack’s main focus is advising clients on cross-border industrial and logistics transactions and the funding, disposal or acquisition of individual assets or real estate portfolios within the region.Jack joined the company in 2002 beginning his career at CBRE in the Valuation Department followed by a successful secondment to Matrix Securities as an asset and investment manager specialising in tax efficient property unit trusts dealing directly with investors. He then joined the International Private Clients Team at CBRE focusing primarily on long-let investments in the office and logistics markets throughout the UK, London, France, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.

Jack leads CBRE’s European Industrial and Logistics team concentrating on cross-border activity throughout Continental Europe and the Nordics. He works in close collaboration with CBRE’s network of investment and leasing professionals across the region and in North America and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.Jack works with international clients including institutional investors, insurance companies, REITs, property companies, developers, HNWs, banks and private equity funds on their investment strategy and execution.Prior to joining the EMEA Capital Markets team Jack spent 8 years in the International & Private Clients Investment Team.
