Hello, my name is Jack. I bring over seven years of experience in Strategic Account Management and Customer Success, with a strong focus on SaaS and Data-as-a-Service solutions. My career has been defined by a consistent track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.What sets me apart is my ability to deeply understand customer goals, align them with strategic outcomes, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful business impact. I’ve successfully managed a diverse range of customer portfolios—navigating complex organizations, building executive relationships, and consistently exceeding growth and renewal targets.One example of this was during an Executive Business Review, where I identified an untapped opportunity to launch an SEO initiative for a client’s affiliate brand. I led the entire sales process from discovery through close, ultimately securing a key deal that helped expand the client’s business unit and further cemented the partnership.In addition to my client-facing work, I have hands-on experience with tools and platforms including Salesforce Lightning, Sales Navigator, MySQL Workbench, AWS, Google BigQuery, Jira, and a variety of product analytics tools.Outside of work, I’m passionate about music and fitness. I enjoy running, playing golf and soccer, and recently joined a small jam band with friends to stay creatively engaged. Chicago sports (Cubs) through and through.
