Portfolio Lead within a well known quick service restaurants\' Operations & Fulfilment space to enhance their Digital propositions, improve customer experience in store and increase sales in the fallout of the Covid Pandemic- Managed the integration of marketplace delivery partners (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat) with Deliverect order aggregation technology & rolled out to ~150 shops across UK & ~100 shops in US, HK & FR - Oversaw the selection, installation & technical integration of in store hardware solutions - Managed a complex vendor selection process for an end-to-end planning transformation program to replace existing on-prem legacy planning applications with an end-to-end SaaS platform improving efficiency and driving key business process improvements. Led a blended client team of senior stakeholders (CTO, Head of Tech, Head of Product) through assessments to evaluate a shortlist of vendors based on functional, technical and delivery capabilities.
