ABOUT JACK CASSIDY
I am a cloud GTM professional who has built and scaled hyperscaler marketplace programmes and operations across some of the most commercially significant partner ecosystems in enterprise software. Working at both GitLab and Amazon Web Services, gives me a rare dual perspective, having operated on both the vendor and hyperscaler side of cloud marketplace transactions. During my time at GitLab, we have driven 75% year-on-year marketplace revenue growth through operational excellence and deep partner integration.I work across the tools that power modern cloud GTM including AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Tackle.io, Salesforce, Impartner, Claude and others. This gives me hands-on fluency across the full partner operations stack. Prior to GitLab, I managed billing operations at AWS including vendor payment lifecycles, built financial reporting dashboards, and supported marketing leadership with data-driven budget decisions across the region. I am especially energised by the intersection of cloud ecosystems and commercial execution, where operational excellence, partner trust, and GTM strategy combine to unlock revenue at scale.
