Office based with site visits- Manage and mentor apprentices/graduates, allocating work, reviewing outputs and running 1:1s/PDPs- Lead commercial from award to final account, maintaining margin, cash and contractual compliance- Prepare, submit and agree main contract applications; value and certify subcontractor applications- Plan and deliver procurement, issue enquiries, evaluate returns, negotiate and let subcontracts- Produce CVRs, cashflow/turnover forecasts briefing the team and agreeing mitigation actions- Administer contracts, control change/compensation events, secure timely instructions- Provide clear commercial advice to PMs/engineers and support decision-making- Lead final account preparation and agreement with client and supply chain- Ensure compliance with Kier procedures and monthly reporting deadlines- Support pre-construction with cost plans, tender reviews and handovers
