ABOUT JACK BURTON
I\'m a Design Research Consultant (SC cleared) with a background in Health Psychology & Clinical UX. I specialise in using mixed-methods research to study how patients and clinicians behave in context, and the experiences that they have with digital health products & services. I have experience in commercial and public sector healthcare, and experience with GDS development principles.Using an approach rooted in psychology, I uncover insights that help teams make evidence-based design decisions to de-risk delivery and drive successful outcomes for user & organisation.I am especially interested in Digital Therapeutics, Preventative Health, and Behaviour Change, and I am passionate about using digital to improve access to quality healthcare for all. I am also interested in the practical application of AI tools to add value to service design processes, and the psychology underpinning AI adoption.I enjoy public speaking, having delivered talks at international conferences, webinars, and lectures, and I am always keen to hear from professionals in the UX/digital health spaces - please send over a connection request and we can find time for a chat.
