Role: Manager for all of Jowdy\'s LA based Work which includes; LA RamsResponsibilities: Hiring New Employees.Screening of new photographers. Supervising all Staff at events, making sure they know when to arrive and they have all there gear on site. In charge of event operations such as what our shooting goals should be and development of new products. In charge of stadium relationships meaning I keep a good connection with our business partners; Legends.Data Upload, making sure all our photos get to our client. Employee analysis and performance review, looking over how a shooter does and seeing what we can do to make them better. If necessary firing of employees.Challenges I faceWorking with a diverse staff who is often unqualified to shoot our events.Teaching new individuals our shooting method and getting them up to speed on how we work as a business. Logistical issues like gear getting lost and having to think critically on how we can solve the problem with out the gear. Data management I am responsible of getting over 100 people involved in a new event and filtering it down to about 20 individuals.
