Manage projects for multiple areas within Technical Store Facilities, including solar panels, automatic doors, lifts, SCOs and store layout changes.Most notably managed the project which saw over 90 Lidl stores with solar panels surveyed to check our solar panels for quality assurance and energy efficiency. As part of this, I made a cost saving of over through supplier negotiations. Greatly developed my supplier management skills, successfully navigating all 90+ stores across the whole UK being surveyed in a 5 week rollout. This included managing contractors attendance from Scotland down to Penzance.Also managed the project to get 7 new store warehouse doors installed across 7 of our Lidl GB stores within my first 2 months of employment.
