Key tasks and accountabilities;· Primary liaison for the delivery teams and the operational supply chain. · Plan and agree a strategy for each project which reflects the complexity, size, specification and programme requirements and co-ordinate between both, whilst ensuring compliance with the overall Accommodation Strategy and Company Guidelines.· Maintain relationships with the Supply Chain, share future pipeline to identify risks, recognise and act upon leverage opportunities. · Liaise with the Category Managers and wider business to ensure SLAs are complied with and any invoicing or payment issues are addressed promptly.· Maintain up to date knowledge of the relevant group PSL suppliers and be able to advise teams on how and where to source additional equipment and materials associated with the operation of the temporary building and site compound-Maintain an asset register of purchased items and manage a timeline to facilitate the redeployment or disposal of inventory. Develop contacts and strategy for the transport, storage, re-deployment, or disposal as appropriate- Assist in co-ordinating the off-hire and removal from site of items hired and or purchased, including conclusion of relevant paperwork.· Prepare simple cost/value project financial reports · Identify and appraise further opportunities to develop the accommodation offer through process improvement, new technologies and innovation to improve carbon reduction, Health and Safety and the working environment.
