ABOUT JACK BREARS
Jack is a business systems analysis lead, functional lead and business architect at PA Consulting. He specialises in the design, configuration and requirements of large digital platforms across major government departments and critical national infrastructure. Jack has led systems analysis teams within large technical programmes and integration projects across central government and public sector. He holds full professional accreditations as a BA, change manager, Lean practitioner and Agile PM. Jack is passionate about building and maintaining motivated teams of varying experience levels - especially recruiting and developing junior talent. He is involved in hiring for the internal capability and PA graduate scheme. He is also part of PA\'s Public Sector AI team focused on embedding AI capabilities within the SDLC, with a particular interest in AI in requirements validation and design assurance.Jack has international stakeholder engagement abilities with English, Italian, French and German communication skills.
