As a leader, I manage a talented hungry team to execute the Rolls-Royce Turbines Business Plan, incorporating new technology and innovative approaches. This allows us to introduce cost-saving measures and improve efficiency by working more effectively. I took calculated risks and continuously strive to advance the industry standards. Focusing on simplification and maintaining parity with industry standards.
