Nissan North America: Atlanta, GA 10/21 to Present\\\\nSr. Program Manager, Application Migration, Transformation and Optimization.\\\\nProgram Manager for application migration to AWS as well as automated testing and DevOps as part of Nissan\'s digital transformation initiative. The program is a three-year strategic initiative and initially addresses 90+ applications for migration and over 300 applications for DevOps and Test Automation.\\\\nResponsibilities:\\\\n• Develop cloud migration playbook with vendor\\\\n• Manage schedules, scope, risks and costs in Clarity. Also use Jira and Confluence for sprints\\\\n• Develop invoices, contract change requests and review vendor proposals\\\\n• Develop application migration roadmaps and all supporting artifacts for storage in Teams\\\\no Applications included web portals, e-commerce and customer engagement\\\\no API were migrated to more modern architectures (microservices via TIBCO & Okapi)\\\\n• Work within Nissan matrix organizations to ensure responsive assistance when needed\\\\n• Manage internal Nissan stakeholders (business domain leaders, InfoSec, IT & PMO)\\\\n• Managed multiple vendors for DevOps, application migration, network hardware, cloud infrastructure and IT strategy\\\\n• The program had to consider enterprise initiatives for resource allocation, scheduling and for proposed cloud architecture\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
