I’m a sports professional with a deep passion for the intersection of athletics, media, and corporate partnerships. I hold a Master’s in Sport Administration from Central Michigan University and a B.A. in Sports Broadcasting & Journalism (minor in Marketing) from Western Illinois University. My BackgroundAt WIU, I actively shaped the student-athlete experience—serving as **Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee** and as **Social Media Chair** for the Sports Broadcasting Club. I also contributed to *The Western Courier* as a **Sports Writer and Chief Sports Editor**, where I refined storytelling skills and led editorial direction. I then capped my undergraduate journey by earning my degree in May 2023. Athletics ExperienceAs a **Division I baseball player** spanning five seasons—four at WIU and one at CMU—I gained firsthand insight into the athlete mindset, team chemistry, and the operational side of collegiate sports. Professional Experience**Intern — Chippewa Athletic Fund (CMU)**I supported fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, capital campaign logistics, and donor hospitality, honing my ability to blend relationship-building with fundraising strategy.**Associate, Business Development — Learfield (Central Michigan & UC Davis Sports Properties)**I’ve fostered and maintained corporate partnerships during my time at both athletics departments—guiding outreach, pitching partnership opportunities, and activating partnership assets. In my role, I managed day-to-day operations, partnership recaps, and renewal strategies, while engaging new business development through lead generation and client meetings.
