About Jack Anderer-McClelland

Jack Anderer-McClelland earned a B.S. in Environmental Economics & Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. While completing a minor in Food Systems through the Berkeley Food Institute, he wove together agroecology, historical sociology, and ecology into transformation-oriented political analysis. He is an alumnus of the Ecology Center\'s Youth Environmental Academy – a green leadership development program grounded in a climate-justice curriculum – and holds the California State Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish. He was the 20••••22 recipient of the Cal Alumni Association\'s Leadership Award and is a three-time recipient of the Jackie Gilmete Scholarship from the Sociedade Caboverdeana do Norte de California, awarded for dedication to academic excellence and community service- And, a little note from me.
