About Jack Aceto
I am a student at the University of San Francisco, majoring in Media Studies, with a minor in Film Studies. Throughout my time here I have learned many skills ranging from the enhancement of my critical writing skills, to the honing in of my video production skills. I have over six years of experience in the field of visual arts (including video/filmmaking, photography, and theatre production). In this time, I know the skills I have attained can help in tackling any challenge put in front of me, and thrive in an opportunity given to me. During my time at USF, I have created three short films which I am very proud of. Going from oldest to newest, each piece of work shows my evolution in creating visual media. Through this same timeframe I have become incredibly proficient in using the Adobe Suites for post-production, the usage of on set equipment (audio, camera, and lighting gear) for principle production, and the utilization of Microsoft Office for pre-production information gathering needs.
