ABOUT JACQUELYNNE MULLINS

I work at the intersection of physician experience and women’s health transformation.At Diana Health, I focus on connecting OB/GYNs with a care model designed around what both women and clinicians have been asking for: time, support, and an integrated, team-based approach that allows physicians to practice medicine the way they were trained to, and the way patients deserve.Diana Health is intentionally different. Our model brings together OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, Mental health Clinicians, Health Coaches, and care navigation to support women across pregnancy and beyond. The result is better outcomes, a more sustainable practice environment, and a care experience that feels human again.My role isn’t just to recruit, it’s to listen. I spend time understanding what OB/GYNs want from their careers today, what they feel is broken in the current system, and what “practicing differently” truly means to them.
