I am responsible for managing end-to-end bid lifecycles across a variety of local and global clients, sectors and industries.I was immediately seconded to manage the bid for contract renewal for a continued eight-year concession for a very high-profile rail contract in London, UK. I was chosen for the role based on one of my main strengths of being able to manage the complexities of a major bid. I was based in-house at the client\'s offices and was responsible for managing every aspect of the bid, including line management of PMO staff, managing multiple internal workstreams, external bid writers, and liaising directly with the client.Based within the UK, my role includes supporting strategic business units by managing the bidding process and delivering tender responses in line with Crescar’s brand, position, and processes.
