ABOUT JACIE YEUNG
Jacie graduated from the University of Calgary where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting. During her studies, she worked in various customer service roles. Before graduating in 2015, she landed in the insurance industry as an Account Service Representative at Intact. After a few CIP courses, Jacie was attracted to the potential in the Insurance Industry and decided not to pursue a career in account. In 2016, she relocated to Vancouver with her family and spent 2 years in Claims. As she continued her CIP courses, she found her passion for underwriting and moved into commercial underwriting in 2018. She joined Northbridge in 2020 and has since completed her CIP, CRM, and FCIP. Jacie is passionate about personal and professional development. She developed the Auto Academy Training for the Small Business Team and various Job Aids. She is currently volunteering for the Insurance Institute of British Columbia as a CIP Advocate and currently on the events committee as well.
