Data Steward of frontend engineering git repositories, entailing project management and issue tracking.• Enabled company-wide use of metrology data through the creation of a custom Python/SQL interactive application and UI from ground up for viewing wafer image data and defects. • Improving process reliability and traceability by building the department\'s first statistical process control data extraction, transformation, and visualization pipelines from scratch using Python (Pandas, Numpy) and SQL database queries.• Lead Engineer on pre-anneal wet etch. Managing technicians and determining surface chemistry with ellipsometry/XPS.• Spearheading project to improve lithographic resolution, alignment, and throughput by programming wide-field Canon Stepper for exposing high thickness variation HgCdTe detectors. Designing wafer carriers and developmental device layouts for compatibility with Stepper processing.• Qualifying Autodispense Spin Coaters using reflectometry and mapping ellipsometry for greater resist uniformity and purity.• Increasing wafer throughput at select processing steps through the qualification of batch solvent processing. Coordinating the design of new wafer cassette/holder tooling, and aided in the design and factory acceptance testing of new solvent and acid hoods.
