Throughout my career, I\'ve had the privilege of leading global, regional and local brands and teams, gaining valuable expertise along the way.MY JOURNEY: My Journey began with the successful launch of auto-dish capsules for Fairy/Cascade, venturing into a new category across Central Europe. I then immersed myself in the beauty world, working in a retail Hair Care unit at P&G\'s European HQ in Geneva. Leading long-term strategies and brand support for Hair Care portfolios in multiple regions was a significant part of my role. Later, I had the exciting opportunity to spearhead the complete brand re-launch of Herbal Essences across Europe, IMEA, and ANZ regions. In 2018, I transitioned to P&G Health during a transformative period following the dissolution of the Teva joint-venture and the incorporation of Merck. Starting with managing the Vicks portfolio in CE, I eventually took charge of the entire Cough & Cold and Sleep sector, overseeing multiple brands across various regions. As of November 2021, I was leading the Vicks Sleep franchise at P&G\'s HQ in Cincinnati, focusing on scaling growth and building capabilities for ZzzQuil, the world\'s #1 Sleep Aid brand. Starting in January 2025, I returned to the beauty sector, taking on the role of leading the Upstream Innovation Team for the Personal Cleansing and Care category.MY MOTIVATION: Put simply, it\'s the people around me who inspire me the most. consumers, colleagues, my team, and upper management all fuel my drive to elevate brands to new heights. Furthermore, as a certified global trainer for Inspirational Presenter training, I\'ve had the privilege of witnessing the diverse evolution of presentation skills across different regions, including Poland, Switzerland, Romania, and India.
