Leads Flight Test and Flight Operations, but as with many startups, I wear a lot of hats. Aircraft development work includes design engineering support, process development, and experimental flight test of manual, semi-autonomous, and fully autonomous simulated, unmanned, and manned aircraft systems. Always seeking new technology to give us an edge and improve safety. Finding potential suppliers of new and improved hardware and software, and pushing current suppliers to provide new levels of performance. Guides the growth of Flight Operations through building processes and standards for training crew and customers, maintenance and operation of aircraft, and support crew and systems. Hiring and training crew for flight test and flight operations. Fosters relationships with aligned organizations, clients, and investors. Leads demonstrations of static and live aircraft, simulators and support equipment. Speaks with the public, stakeholders, and media at domestic and overseas conferences and demonstrations.
