My focus is on attracting and engaging high-tech scientific researchers and technical professionals for Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). I currently lead the recruitment efforts for our Isotopes, Fusion and Fission, and US ITER project office and hire 200+ individuals annually. I also manager our Internal Talent Network Lab-wide-Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives -Adept at building strong client partnerships, aligning talent strategy with business goals, and curating best-fit HR solutions across Talent, Learning, Skills, and Performance domains-Lead and participate in multiple change management initiatives, including the hiring process redesign, workforce planning optimization, internal mobility resource pool initiative and performance management-Translate data into actionable insights, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading complex, enterprise-wide projects-Improve the employee experience and retention through strategic partnerships, collaboration and creativity we developed programming to increase engagement, expand educational opportunities, encourage career development and accelerate productivity-Mentor multiple HR and Talent professionals to foster an environment that allows them to grow and develop their skills on a continuous basis by providing weekly check-ins, shadowing opportunities, and up-skilling recommendations -Manage a portfolio of 70+ technical requisitions, demonstrating exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
