I directed and managed North and South America regions\' Datacenter (DC) supply strategy and capacity planning team to ensure long-term DC infrastructure continuity of supply to meet internal and external customer demand within cost, time, and quality requirements.I formed and managed monthly cross-functional team meetings (Demand Planning, Finance, Lease and Land Acquisition, Network and Infrastructure Planning, Geo Expansions, E2E PM, and Scheduling) to analyze customer demand and available DC supply options per market that led to signaling and deploying DC capacity on time and increased company revenues year over year.Highlights:• Adapted quickly to changing demand signal (growth and slow down) and ran a monthly S & OP planning cycle to reduce capacity risks including securing millions in US$ of infrastructure capital expense impacting Gigawatts (GW) of capacity required to mitigate long term gaps in supply via formal request to the Executive S & OP senior leadership team.• Implemented process scaling and standardization through continuous process and tool improvement that enabled digitization of the supply chain inventory and transactions, reducing manual work, and increasing planners\' productivity.• Hired, trained, managed, and coached a team seven (7) senior planners that coordinate and run a weekly rhythm of business meetings with all stakeholders to ensure planned capacity supply is on track to meet our customer commitments.
