I’m the Founder of Green Worms, a circular economy enterprise tackling India’s waste crisis head-on with systems that work in the real world — from collection to recycling and meaningful impact on the ground. Waste management isn’t a slogan — it’s a complex, continuous system connecting communities, local governments, brands, and materials. At Green Worms, we work end-to-end with governments and partners to build:• Door-to-door collection with source segregation• Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) with traceable sorting• Recycling and resource recovery infrastructure• Scientific disposal of non-recyclables• EPR compliance solutions for brands & manufacturers.We embed community at the centre — creating dignified, fairly paid jobs, empowering local workers (especially women), and building capacity for long-term sustainability.
