With over 10 years of experience in anesthesiology, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of transplant anesthesia. I spearhead the anesthesia practices and operations for the Department of Anesthesia Transplant Division at Henry Ford Health, one of the nation\'s leading healthcare systems. My mission is to provide the highest quality of care and safety for transplant patients, families, and staff, and to advance the knowledge and innovation in transplant anesthesia through education and research. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.As the Director of Transplant Anesthesia, I oversee all protocols and procedures of transplant anesthesia, I also deliver anesthesia to transplant patients when required, ranging from minimally invasive, robotic, and complex surgeries. I partner with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, physicians, technicians, nurses, and other hospital staff, and contribute to the approval of patients listed for liver transplants. I have developed and demonstrated skills in patient safety, medical education,team leadership, liver transplant, and anesthesia administration and monitoring.
