I am very pleased to announce that I have been elected the President of Northamptonshire Law Society (NLS).The Northamptonshire Law Society has existed since 1879 and I am honoured not only to be the first President of Muslim faith or Bangladeshi heritage but the first President of colour in the almost 150 year history of the NLS.
