Establishing responsible and regenerative business strategies for clients - fusing the practices of design and strategy to structure the business impact of design at an organisational, strategic, operational, societal, and environmental level.Activities:• Drive sustainability as an integral part of Accenture business practices and outcomes (lead a community of practice at the european level).• Lead business design activities including client workshops, stakeholder interviews, business intelligence gathering, creative brainstorms, visioning and impact measuring.• Develop business background viewpoints by researching materials and information from a wide variety of sources (user interviews, trends, markets, etc.).• Provide business design coaching to the wider team in project and business development contexts.• Manage client and partner relationships with empathy and helping join the dots.• Facilitate and manage change through governance and process improvement
