The results: Reduced AR days, higher receivables, streamlines processes and a stronger bottom line.This role: In conjunction with the VP, Total Rewards determine long-term strategy for benefits and continuously evaluate all benefits plans to ensure they are cost effective, competitive, and meet the needs of both the company and colleagues Ensure administration of all colleague benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life, disability and 401(K) is managed appropriately and that vendors are held accountable to expectations Manage the Leave Administrator, ensuring compliance with the Family Medical Leave Act Working with our Benefits Broker, analyze and project costs for all benefit programs, using analysis to make recommendations for changes to benefit plans and design Determine appropriate ongoing communication strategy to educate colleagues on benefit programs and changes.
