About Aaron Carter

I am a US Army Officer turned Medical Device Sales Director. Where others see too much work or little potential, I see opportunity! I thoroughly enjoy working through chaos to find order and, more importantly, RESULTS on the other side. I currently work in the cardio and peripheral vascular field of medicine as a sales director for Reflow Medical. Before that, at Cordis, I turned a perennially losing territory in the Northern Rocky Mountains into a thriving area of growth with both new and annuity business, and was awarded with the distinction of President\'s club, finishing in the top 10% of my U.S. sales force in my very first year in the industry. Additionally, when promoted to territory manager, I finished in the top 15% of my peers in my first year and was awarded Rookie of the Year. Now I lead a team of salespeople across the Western United States as Regional Sales Director and was awarded Regional Sales Director of the Year for FY2020 in my first year in the role. To further my learning, while working full time and growing my family, I also graduated with my MBA from Kelley Direct (an exceptional online program run through Kelley School of Business at Indiana University) in early 2019, achieving a 3.89 GPA
