Returned to a previous role in a DevOps and BAU scrum responsible for maintaining and enhancing Rabobank’s Market Risk Systems. These are legacy systems (ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, PowerShell) with a limited remaining life and my previous experience and knowledge of these complex systems allowed me to immediately work on difficult technical issues.• Tasks so far have included developing a new FX feed from an internal team to replace an existing Timescape feed into the legacy VaR engine; analysed and developed the use of synthetic Implied FX Volatility instruments; upgraded the components in a Java-based archiving service; and improved the YAML CI/CD pipelines.
