Provide technical subject matter expertise related to overhead persistent infrared (OPIR) phenomenology, associated terrestrial and on-orbit systems as well as processing & production applications used by intelligence analysts. Additionally I supply organizational and mission advocacy with like-minded communities to enhance operational capabilities and integration into new weapons systems. I proactively engage with OPIR users and developers across various intelligence production centers, systems program management offices, and working groups. I also provide strong advocation for OBAC intelligence and operational needs in the community forums. I am heavily relied upon to assess technologies, initiatives and projects in the advancement of OBAC mission objectives. The collaborative work with the TAP Lab, Space Systems Command (SSC) & other organizations in addition to my research and development is used to enhance algorithmic and analytic enhancements. These enhancements are employed by the OBAC as needed to aid in transition and implementation.
