I’m passionate for a sustainable future, and incredible excited for the change to electrification and automation within the automotive industry.During my career in the automotive sector, I have achieved many things, and gained a versatile skill set; including post manufacture warranty analysis, and problem management, manufacturing problem management, and pre-release software and hardware validation & readiness sign off.I was elected to represent MINI as a visionary, and thought leader to attend BMW Group\'s \"Rad Hub\" to explore and create a vision of future mobility, while considering BMW’s future role in personal mobility.Currently I am the VPS & 5S champion for the Quality and Engineering site at Oxford, organizing and monitoring weekly audits.I strive to fight for the voice of the customer, and their expectations.With a strong passion for sustainability in all areas, and believe the automotive industry is in a very exciting change over period; with the switch over to electrification creating new challenges and opportunities.I have strong communication and team skills, along with self-motivation and drive when working independently.
