I’m a People Operations professional who cares deeply about building ethical, inclusive, and high performing workplaces, especially within the advocacy and human rights space. I focus on work that advances equity in justice-focused organizations through thoughtful people systems, policy, and accountability. My background spans employee relations, organizational development, and talent strategy, and I’m known for being resourceful, collaborative, and solution oriented.I’ve led initiatives that strengthen trust, accountability, and psychological safety across teams while advancing equity and inclusion. I’m increasingly focused on how law, ethics, and governance shape leadership and organizational culture, and I apply that lens in the way I design policies, systems, and workplace practices that are both fair and compliant.My work brings together ethical leadership, corporate responsibility, and workplace justice to support transparent and values based decision making.
